 What Can I Expect From My First Class?

For Adults Classes

To start off our classes at 7:00  we do 10 minute warm ups of low impact movements to get your body and mind ready and blood flowing!

 The next part of the class includes the coaches teaching you new combos and techniques to push your understanding while expanding your skill set.

 To finish off the class we have 30 minutes of sparring to be able to put all this learning into practice.                                                                                                                                                                    

For Kids Classes 

To start off our kids classes we do 5 minute warms ups to get their body and mind ready to learn.
 
After this the class includes the coaches teaching the kids new combos and techniques to push their understanding and help expand their skill set.
 
 
 Then the second half of the class will include occassional sparring to put into practice all they have learnt while finshing off with a game eg duck duck goose.
