CHOKE DEE and all the best to Liam Barker 'current I.C.O southern area champion' who will be fighting in the I.C.O World tournament in Germany, Frankfurt on 23rd october. We wish him and the 20 strong team representing Britain all the success and speaking on the behalf of Liam it is an honour to be part of such a great event. 20 hand picked fighters will be representing and demonstrating such a strong team. Everyone will have to fill in a form. 3x2 min rounds and 3x1.5 min rounds depending on what people want!.

A level of control will be kept... it is an interclub. :]. WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEE YOU THERE!.

Liam Barker had a great day at RINGMASTERS, winning his first two fights, unfortunately he lost his 3rd fight as his tough opponent Salah Abdelsalam proved very skillful and gained the edge over Liam which was a shame as that was the one that would of put him into the final if he had won. Salah went on to win the belt so that was a good loss for Liam!!!. 3 very explosive tough fights against great opponents congratulations Salah for winning the Ringmasters belt. Thanks to every one that came to support and thanks to Lee Whittington for a great show.

Liam Barker prepares to compete in the 2011 presigious 'RINGMASTERS TOURNAMENT' and the 'NIGHT OF CHAMPIONS'. Saturday 27th August.

Liam Has had Tournament experience before when he won the A.F.K Superleague 4man in Sheffield. With a combination of his previous experience combined with a few adjustments to fight strategy as rules will be different Liam has a great fighting chance to succeed!.

He must keep good focus and a clear head which he has never had a problem with in the past and work like a true RINGMASTER if he is to make it to 'THE NIGHT OF CHAMPIONS'.

We all know he can do this and i haven't a single doubt in my head that whatever happens we will all be proud of him as we are anyhow... One thing for sure is......

{His opponents will have their work cut out and a serious fight on their hands}... But saying that a Ringmasters Tournament is packed with many many hungry talented fighters so Liam must empty his heart out that day if he is to win that Amazing Belt.

FIGHTING FORCE. 3RD JULLY. Muay Thai show.

LIAM BARKER, ANDY TURLAND, CHARLOTTE WEAVING, SAM MORRISON, CHARLOTTE KIRWAN AND LIAM BARKER FROM THAIWORKS GYM all fought on the FIGHTING FORCE show at the carrington house in Bournemouth on the 3rd of jully with great results. All won their fights by a mixture of 3 unanimous decisions, 1 KO in the 3rd round and 1 TKO in the 2rd round which was a great result for Thaiworks. Liam Barker was fighting for the southern area ICO area title against tough Chistian Morano who came to the challenge meaning business, a strong clean fight between both guys but Liam pulling out of the bag fluent combinations that secured his win with a devistating hook to the body that Christian didnt return from securing Liams win and new well deserved title as the ICO southern area title holder.

Liam also doubled up as 'Fighter of the night' that is in itself is just as rewarding as winning the title.WELL DONE GUYS N GALZ X Great night and great support, a big thanks to all friends and families that came to support us.

Dave Wright wins!!! The ICO British Cruiser Weight champion. FEB 6TH 2011.

Dave wright fought with the heart of a lion against the tricky and talented Tom Kent. It was an explosive fight right from the start. Tom the more experience out of the two certainly dominated dave in the first round with strong technical clinch work.

There were a few times through this battle that had us all on the edge of our seats. Dave through guts and determination began to turn up the power on Tom and started to over power him towards the last couple of rounds. A great performance from both guys but in the end it was Dave that was crowned British Champion. Well Done Dave The first fighter to have fought for Thaiworks and the first of many to gain a title!.
