You will be expected to purchase your own gear after two weeks for health and safety reasons.

For Muay Thai Classes:

• Boxing Gloves 12oz 14oz 16oz Depending on your weight.
• Bag Gloves
• Shin Guard
• Groin Guard
• Club T-shirt
• Muay Thai Shorts
• Gum Shield
• Hand Wraps / Ankle supports

For Fitness Classes:

• Hand wraps
• Bag/Boxing Gloves

We will advise you on all you need and we sell all top brands and authentic Thai makes. We offer a discount to our students, but you are free to shop anywhere as long as everything you buy meets our requirements. It doesn’t cost the earth to get started. The sooner you look the part you will also feel the part and train safetly and better and get stuck into in your Muay Thai venture in all the correct gear.
