We at ThaiWorks Armour aim to provide you with top quality Thai brands and excellent customer service. As part of this service our Returns Policy is designed to be simple and easy to understand. We offer a no hassle 10 day money back guarantee.

ThaiWorksgym.co.uk must simply receive the goods back within 10 days from delivery date if the consumer wishes to return unwanted goods.

Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. ThaiWorksgym.co.uk reserve the right to refuse to refund the goods subject to the goods being of non merchantable quality.

Refunds will be for the value of the goods and will not include the cost of postage to send the goods to the customer. All costs of returning the goods must be covered by the customer and ThaiWorks Armour Ltd accept no liability for goods damaged or lost whilst in transit from the customer to us.

Faulty Returns

On proven faulty goods ThaiWorks Armour Limited will credit the cost of sending the goods back to the customer. The customer can specify whether or not they require a refund or exchange.
